Simple Infrared Receiver for PC
If you want to control your PC with your any remote but don’t want use microcontroller the this project is for your. This PC Infrared Receiver project is very simple. It uses software to decode received code from IR instead of MCU and simple hardware to receive IR signal from your remote. The advantage using software than microcontroller based infrared receiver is when problem happen with code of IR-control then you only need upgrade the software, no need change the hardware.
