Simple EMF Probe Using INA122

October 17, 2012 By: admin Category: Analog, Detector, Sensor No Comments →

This simple circuit is used to detect variations in electromagnetic fields around us. It based on an instrumentation amplifier INA122 for Texas instrument. As sensing element, the detector is equipped with Inductor (100uH-1mH). The output is routed out to oscilloscope through a BNC connector. A 9v battery is used to power the circuit.

Photoduino is the Arduino-based DSLR camera controller which allows you to take pictures automatically. It can be used for shooting high speed photos, make “Time-lapse” videos or for animals or insects photography using intervalometer. This controller placed on an Arduino board as a shield taking all inputs, outputs and power pins. You can control the […]

Wireless Water Tank Level Monitor

July 25, 2012 By: admin Category: Measurement, Microcontroller, Monitoring, Sensor, Wireless No Comments →

This water tank level sensor uses MPX-2010DP silicon pressure sensor to measures liquid level accurately, while at the same time prevents any contact between the transducer and the liquid to be monitored. The non contact sensor is mounted inside a small project case, and screwed directly to the water outlet of the tank.

AVR Thermocouple Temperature Meter

The benefit using thermocouple sensor for measure temperature is it has wide range measurement (-200 °C to +1350 °C / -328 °F to +2462 °F range for Type K), inexpensive, interchangeable, and is supplied with standard connectors. To get temperature value from output of a thermocouple, you need high precision amplifier and proper compensation circuit […]
