solar recorder1

This simple data recorder for solar energy lab project built based on PIC 18F458. The device uses a calculator solar cell as the input sensor. While the for data storage it uses 128MB Multimedia Memory Card. The firmware will detect the memory card, assignes the file name and begins recording automatically. The LCD displays the file name, current sample and real-time ADC data. For accurate total radiation measurement, you can use the expensive pyranometer. However for simplicity and cheap instrument you can replace it with a small colar cell as the input sensor. PIC solar recorder designed by Wichit Sirichote.
