This simple smartcard programmer can be used to program 16C84/16F84 or EEPROM (24xx) based smartcards. These cards can be used as data-loggers, electronic locks or ID card, small scale storage etc. The smartcard programmer circuit is very simple and cheap. This project no needs an external power supply.
