Simple Smartcard Programmer
This simple smartcard programmer can be used to program 16C84/16F84 or EEPROM (24xx) based smartcards. These cards can be used as data-loggers, electronic locks or ID card, small scale storage etc. The smartcard programmer circuit is very simple and cheap. This project no needs an external power supply. This programmer designed by Jens Dyekjær Madsen and PCB/small changes by Jacob Blichfeldt. link
