This project describes the construction of a garage door control system based on ATmega16 microcontroller. The design uses a simple hardware to control a Garage Door with an RF Transmitter-Receiver Kit (AM110C1-315 and AMHIRK-315AR3 from OKW Electronics). With a single button press, user are able to open or close either the main gate or garage door, depending the use or application of the unit.
